Happiness is not found in a position but a disposition and being happy is a choice we have to make and live with every day of our lives. Happiness is not found in the material things we have or the amount of wealth we got in our possession, it is neither a commodity found in the market nor an item that can be gotten from a departmental store across the street. To become and remain happy requires consistent, committed and diligent effort and a sincere desire to be. Every breaking day of our live, we have two choices to make.

  1. To be happy or
  2. Not to be happy.

Stay around family and friends

In the moment of difficulty, we need the support of those we love to help us get through those moments and our families and friends are sure way of getting such support.
